Delivery of Large Freight Equipment and Unloading
The delivery company is instructed to call the designated contact person to schedule the final delivery day. Most deliveries normally occur within 24-48 hours after contact and require you or your representative to be available to accept delivery. Depending on which type of delivery you have selected with your salesperson you can expect the following services:
Curbside Delivery:
Orders placed with curbside delivery are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. This delivery option includes a skilled delivery team to unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Standard Ground Shipping – small items
Domestic orders placed with Standard Ground Shipping will ship via Fed-Ex Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and office closures) and will arrive within 7-10 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders going to residential addresses may be delivered on Saturday. Standard Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

Peak Pilates® does not accept returns for large equipment including: PPS Deluxe, MVe® Chairs, Cadillacs, Reformers, Artistry® TWS, Sports Med, Wall Units, Mats, Hi-Ladder Barrels, Hump Barrels, Low and Combo Chairs or any custom built-to-order items. Spring returns are also not accepted.
Peak Pilates® is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. Should you need to return a product, please check the return policy below for the particulars relating to that item. All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and must have prior authorization. Please call Peak Pilates® Customer Service at 800.925.3674 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address. Returns made without prior authorization (RMA) will not be processed and all incurred charges—shipping or other—will be the responsibility of the returning party. The returned item(s) need to be properly re-packed and received in "like-new" condition with a copy of the original invoice included. Your assigned RMA number must accompany the return, either marked on the outside of the package or notated on the invoice. It is strongly recommended that the item is returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will gladly exchange the returned item, issue a credit toward a future purchase, or issue a refund. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable to returned items and original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

Product returns that are received either damaged or otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your order within that time frame and notify us of any discrepancies. Great Equipment
Solid equipment! Fabulous workout, complete workout at home, only minor differences from the equipment used in the studio and these do not affect the feel of the equipment, just how to adjust the foot bar. Three things to note that are not in the instructions: (1) the wood head end plate and hardware may already be attached and must be removed to correctly set up, then replaced, (2) the aluminum frame must be lifted and the bottom of the foot bar must be moved under the leg on the foot end, and (3) the non-slip pad is wrapped in the long/short box. Set up took just over an hour, no additional tools required other than scissors to open the box and wrappings.
Loving my reformer so far. It was not difficult to put together. I would definitely purchase again.
The packaging was exceptional. All the pieces and parts were clearly labeled. Each reformer took approximately 1 hour to assemble. The quality seems great and our instructor is pleased with the modern features.

Perfect reformer for in home use! It’s heavy duty and professional grade! It’s nice enough to work clients on but if investing in reformers for studio use I’d go for the higher end options. But this is perfect for personal in home use!

I absolutely love my Peak Pilates Casa Reformer. The reformer itself is beautiful, feels incredibly solid and well made, and is exactly what I hoped it would be. I specifically chose Peak because it is the equipment I was already familiar with, and after finally getting everything set up, I am very happy with that decision. Unfortunately, the purchasing and delivery experience did not match the quality of the reformer. My order included free shipping, but communication surrounding the freight delivery was confusing from the beginning. I had to reach out to Peak myself for tracking information, and I was told that BTX Global Logistics would contact me to schedule delivery. Instead, I discovered the reformer was being delivered that same day without ever receiving that scheduling call. This became an even bigger issue because I needed the reformer brought upstairs. I received conflicting information regarding the shipment weight and what delivery services were available. The reformer was listed around 110 lbs, yet I was also given information suggesting the shipment was closer to 250 lbs. I was quoted approximately $350 for white-glove delivery, assembly at $125 per hour, and ultimately around $550 to have it brought upstairs. Trying to coordinate all of this on the actual day of delivery was unnecessarily stressful, especially for a nearly $3,000 piece of equipment. Me and my husband got it upstairs ourselves and I put it together myself in about 30 minutes. DO NOT PAY THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR DELIVERY AND "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" which is in some fine print on some other random web page. There was also an issue with the included 12-month Pilates Project membership. The original access link led to a “Page Not Found” error, so I had to contact Peak about that as well. They did respond and provide replacement links, but it was another piece of the purchase that required follow-up on my end. So my review is really two separate reviews: **I would absolutely recommend the Peak Pilates Casa Reformer itself.** I love using it, the quality is fantastic, and I am very happy I chose it. The ordering, communication, freight delivery, and fulfillment experience, however, could be significantly improved. For a premium piece of equipment at this price point, I expected much clearer communication and a smoother delivery process without having to chase down tracking, delivery arrangements, weight information, and included membership access myself. I would weigh everything out if you are between Peak and Balanced Body. Amazing reformer. Frustrating road to actually getting to enjoy it.
