Springs didn't arrive together blue and red came first. When the two "yellow" springs arrived only the 1 was colored as yellow differentiating the other had no color differentiating!

The old springs are yellow. The new springs are gold and not the same tension. Technical support says they're close enough, but my students notice the difference. Sadly this is the type of service I've come to expect from Peak.
