Peak Pilates® is inviting our global community to share their best content for a chance to be featured in a studio or instructor spotlight across Peak Pilates® channels, social features with tags back to your studio and personal profiles, and be considered for upcoming campaigns, product launches, events, and education content.
We’re looking for high-quality photos and short-form videos that showcase the people and practices that make this community so special. Whether you’re teaching, training, or creating movement on Peak Pilates® equipment, we’d love to see it.
To help us evaluate and use submitted content consistently across brand channels, we’re sharing the following visual guidelines. These are not about movement style or teaching methodology. They ensure content meets baseline brand standards and can be used effectively once submitted.
Here are some of the types of content we’d love to receive:
1. Quick Flows
3 to 5 exercises in one clip on mat or apparatus. These can be:
- Demo only
- Demo with 1 to 2 key cues
- Clips with simple text overlays such as exercise names, springs, or one teaching note
2. Teaching + How-To Clips
Short, useful instructional moments such as:
- 3 cues for better footwork
- One exercise with a few simple teaching tips
- Progressions or regressions
- Quick Q&A around springs, alignment, breath, or setup
- Pilates fundamentals and common teaching questions
- Shapes in Space – This is like That
- For more method-driven instructional content, cueing, and teaching breakdowns, Peak Pilates® Master Instructor submissions are preferred.
3. Form + Progressions
These tend to generate strong engagement:
- Good form vs common mistakes- Do This Not This
- Beginner vs advanced versions of the same exercise
- Safe starts for beginners
4. Targeted Mini Sequences
Individual Needs / Short sequences focused on one area or goal:
- Core, glutes, shoulders, back, arms
- Posture, mobility, stability
- Desk workers, athletes, or other specific audiences
5. Modifications + Special Pops
Please keep language general and avoid medical claims.
Examples:
- Prenatal-friendly movement options
- Gentle modifications for common limitations such as low back pain, tight hips, etc.
- Beginner-friendly adaptations
6. Product + Equipment Features
We’d especially love more content featuring equipment beyond the reformer:
- Unboxing, setup, or first-use tips
- Favorite features of the chair, Cadillac/tower, barrels, spine corrector, and more
- Prop and accessory spotlights
- Spring/settings comparisons
- Quick explainers on lesser-known apparatus
- Maintenance and cleaning tips
7. Studio + Community Highlights
- Studio walkthroughs
- Day-in-the-life clips
- Workshops, trainings, and events
- Trade show moments
- Top 3 moves on a specific apparatus
- Class highlights, as long as participant permission is confirmed
8. Mashups + Highlight Reels
- Short 5 to 10 second clips we can edit into reels or carousels featuring:
- Different apparatus
- Classical, contemporary, or athletic movement styles
- Studio moments
- Education and community highlights
9. Studio Programming + Business Insights
For studio owners and managers:
- Scheduling ideas

- Lessons learned from opening or growing your business
- Best practices for cancellations

Content Submission – Filming & Visual Guidelines
Environment & Visual Tone
- Spaces should feel intentional, calm, and visually considered
- Clean, uncluttered environments are strongly preferred.
- Natural light, neutral tones, and simple architectural lines work best.
- The environment should support a sense of quality, care, and professionalism consistent with the brand.
Framing & Composition
- The primary subject should be clearly framed and fully visible.
- Avoid cropped limbs, partial bodies, or other people entering the frame.
- Camera should be stable (tripod or fixed surface preferred).
- Composition should feel deliberate rather than incidental.
Lighting
- Natural or soft, even lighting is preferred.
- Subject should be clearly visible without harsh shadows or strong backlighting.
- Avoid dim studios, overhead spotlights, or mixed lighting temperatures.
Camera Orientation & Movement
- Film vertically for social unless otherwise requested.
- Keep the camera static; avoid zooming, panning, or handheld movement.
Ensure the subject remains within frame for the full duration of the clip.
Wardrobe
- Solid, neutral tones are recommended.
- Avoid large logos, graphics, or busy patterns.
- Clothing should clearly show alignment and movement without distraction.
Submission Notes
- Content may not be used if it does not meet visual standards, even if the movement itself is acceptable.
- These guidelines help ensure faster review, clearer decisions, and more consistent use of submitted content.
- By submitting content, you confirm that you created it or have the right to share it, and that you have permission from any recognizable people shown.
If we’d like to use submitted content beyond social reposting, such as in broader promotional placements, we may follow up with a short release.
