Did a great Job
These were much needed parts to put my reformer back in service.
they were relatively easy to put on the carriage and now it is so smooth .. perfect fix
The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. My order shipped within a day or two and arrived promptly. Very nice experience.
Thank you! Reformer smooth as butter now!
Looks quality made.
Always such great service from Peak Pilates, and quality products too!
So far so good. The black load bearing wheels seem to be a better design now, as they are flat rather than more pointed where they meet the railing..
The wheels are great
It was great experience!
Arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed! I love my PPS Deluxe ( I bought it second had since it was not available on your site at the time) I love the option to move it and fold it up. It has the tower and in my opinion everything that you could need or want in a reformer! I am so glad I found your company!
Easy transaction, fast delivery, excellent automated updates on order status.
Great service and great product. 5 stars
nothing to say
Worked well
Quality products!!!
On my unit, I actually need 8 of the black wheels and 4 of the smaller white ones, so I was forced to buy two full sets and now have 4 extra white wheels I don't need, and can't use, but was charged for. I can appreciate the value in offering a full set, but the PPS Deluxe has a need to replace the wheels that are used to unfold the unit and that's the second 4 bigger black wheels that I needed.

Store owner replied: Hi Kenneth! Thanks for reaching out. I'm Ken, a member of the Product Support team here, I'd be happy to help you out today. We do offer the other wheels on the unit as completely separate parts, and you can request to order them by filling out this form: https://www.peakpilates.com/pages/equipment-service-technical-support
Good
The size was not what I was expecting and it was very difficult to see if this would be a good replacement and it turns out it wasn't and with no way to return them I'm now out the money.
First set of wheels did not arrive at all. Second set is still not collected by UPS
