Any spring that exhibits early signs of fatigue (for example, separation in coils, even if slight) should be replaced immediately.

It was delivered on time; easy to install; and it works perfectly
The springs are a good tension, slightly on the hard side, which works for my clientele. The only disappointment was that I ordered an extra spring by mistake, sent an email immediately after the order was placed and peak pilates was unable to revise the order. I have an extra spring, which I don’t need. They told me that they would not pay for the shipping of returning the spring. I do not think this is good customer service. Product is good customer service not so good.
