The Peak Pilates® Ped-o-Pul is one of the original apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates. The pole represents the spine — exercises challenge the body against gravity to address shoulder girdle function, posture, and spinal alignment. Used standing, it provides a unique resistance environment not achievable with any other Pilates apparatus.
