I'm so glad I purchased this item, after thinking about it for a few months. It's a big level up for my home exercising and stretching. I especially like to use it for roll down, as it really helps with spine articulation and hamstring stretching, in between the weekly reformer class I take. It's not hard to install in the doorway, and feels secure. If you're thinking about getting it, don't hesitate! The exercise poster included in the pack is helpful. Go online for installation tips.

Assembly wasn’t precise enough for me.
I tried a few moves and love it!

Love it. The pilates stick is extremely comfortable to use, yet provides great resistance. The exercises provided on the poster (I cut them into cards) provide a wonderful, full body workout, especially in the morning. Very well built. I'm so happy to have it.
I’m a mat pilates instructor & former reformer instructor. Love having the stick & straps in my home studio & easy to take to clients to mimic reformer exercises. Nice addition to my small home gym.
More specific instructions should be included.
I would like to know how far I should be from the door,
how high to set it for my height etc.Including more exercises would be helpful as well. It really is nothing like the reformer tower

Difficult to attach to the top of the door frame or maybe I'm missing something

I had this product from 14 years ago and it was great. I got alot of use out of it after a back surgery, it was recommended to me by my surgeon. One of the stretchy parts broke recently so I had to buy a new one. The new version is so different in many ways. The nylon strap connections have very sharp edges that dig and scrape your sides. The old one had smooth latex type covered connections. The new stretchy bands barely stretch at all. The connector strap pieces have a large tail type piece that gets in the way of trying to take on and off the carabiner connectors. Sadly I will need to return this item.

Very disappointed in the brand new Pilatesstick I ordered. The band inside the strap broke the second time using it without a lot of pressure. Tried calling the company to no answer. The website states a 1 year warranty so I was attempting to contact them for a replacement. They have not responded via email.
