With the Long/Short Box, Jump Board, and Short Box Bar included, this bundle gives you a more complete station from the start. That means more movement options, better support for foundational and progressive programming, and fewer add-ons needed later.

Delivery of Large Freight Equipment and Unloading
The delivery company is instructed to call the designated contact person to schedule the final delivery day. Most deliveries normally occur within 24-48 hours after contact and require you or your representative to be available to accept delivery. Depending on which type of delivery you have selected with your salesperson you can expect the following services:
Curbside Delivery:
Orders placed with curbside delivery are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. This delivery option includes a skilled delivery team to unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Please note the following:
- Our delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and an appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. Deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Delivery requests outside of standard time frames listed above may incur additional charges and are the responsibility of the consignee. For beyond point deliveries, schedules may be limited to certain days and times.
- Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us immediately for further assistance.
- Signer must be 18 years of age or older.
- Curbside Delivery does not include set up or assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for referrals on this service.
- Additional charges will apply to missed appointments.

Standard Ground Shipping – small items
Domestic orders placed with Standard Ground Shipping will ship via Fed-Ex Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and office closures) and will arrive within 7-10 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders going to residential addresses may be delivered on Saturday. Standard Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

FedEx will deliver your order without prior notification. If you are not present at the time of delivery, packages will be left at your home or business.
Peak Pilates® does not accept returns for large equipment including: PPS Deluxe, MVe® Chairs, Cadillacs, Reformers, Artistry® TWS, Sports Med, Wall Units, Mats, Hi-Ladder Barrels, Hump Barrels, Low and Combo Chairs or any custom built-to-order items. Spring returns are also not accepted.
Peak Pilates® is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. Should you need to return a product, please check the return policy below for the particulars relating to that item. All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and must have prior authorization. Please call Peak Pilates® Customer Service at 800.925.3674 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address. Returns made without prior authorization (RMA) will not be processed and all incurred charges—shipping or other—will be the responsibility of the returning party. The returned item(s) need to be properly re-packed and received in "like-new" condition with a copy of the original invoice included. Your assigned RMA number must accompany the return, either marked on the outside of the package or notated on the invoice. It is strongly recommended that the item is returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will gladly exchange the returned item, issue a credit toward a future purchase, or issue a refund. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable to returned items and original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, please refer to the Peak Pilates® Warranty Policy.
Product returns that are received either damaged or otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your order within that time frame and notify us of any discrepancies. For a listing of included parts, please refer to the assembly manual packed with your equipment. All assembly manuals are also available in pdf form here.
