While we are busy preparing for an exciting event, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus updates. The good news is that at this time we do not see the need to postpone or cancel the event. However, the health and welfare of our community is a top priority, so we are working closely with our presenters and the event venue to ensure best practices for safety are followed. This includes adding extra hand sanitizing stations and more frequent cleanings of all public spaces. We realize that this is a developing situation, and so we have extended the cancellation deadline to March 31st. That means you can register for the event and rest assured that if you feel the need to change your plans, full refunds will be issued through the end of March.
