Order Acceptance Policy

Peak Pilates™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account. Peak Pilates™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Peak Pilates™ a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Peak Pilates™. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado (as permitted the Colorado Civil Code or any similar successor provision) without giving effect to any choice of law rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the internal laws of the State of Colorado to the rights and duties of the parties. No waiver by either party of any breach or default thereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate this Agreement or any part of it without Peak Pilates™ ™ prior written consent. Peak Pilates™ may freely transfer, assign, or delegate all or any part of this Agreement, and any rights and duties there under, without the requirement of consent. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successor, and permitted assigns of the parties.
