MVe® Chair Handle Kit

Purchased the chair over the summer, and as I got stronger I decided to get the handles. I’m in love with the chair, and not so much in love with the handles. I find it a bit difficult to lighten the knob when I want to change the height of the handle. And I don’t always know after raising / lowering if it’s completely in place. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I thought the handle would be just as easy to adjust as the springs on the chair.
