Key concepts will be presented that will facilitate teaching and understanding of the classical work. We will focus on how to break down and advance the exercises to suit your students’ needs as well as refining touch techniques, teaching methodology, imagery, progression and special populations. We will also teach you how to train your eye to see subtle alignment issues, deepen your understanding of the relationship between the exercises and design a progressive Mat course for a fitness facility or studio.
