Are you making the best use of your exercise time? Your active metabolism determines how efficiently you burn fat and the effectiveness of each workout. VO2MAX represents your maximum potential, but your Aerobic Base (AB) and Anaerobic Threshold (AT) tell how efficiently your metabolism burns fuels. Through an 8-12 minute exercise assessment (with O2 uptake and CO2 production), we will precisely determine how well your "metabolic engine" is tuned and determine the amount of fats and carbohydrates you burn. In addition, you'll receive individualized heart rate training zones and a program designed to improve your metabolism, develop aerobic base and increase speed, allowing you to make the most efficient use of your time.
Preparation: No food or caffeine within 3 hours of the assessment. No exercise the day prior or the day of the assessment.
