An innovative pioneer in Pilates’ instructor education, 23 year veteran Colleen Glenn is the Senior Development Director and Master Trainer for Peak Pilates® in Boulder, CO. Much-requested as a presenter and educator, Colleen lectures, teaches, and consults with businesses both in the US and internationally. She is highly regarded for her knowledge in the traditional fitness methods as well as her expertise in Pilates and the integration of these with balance and wisdom. As a facilitator, her workshops provide the necessary tools to consistently provide compelling workouts for clients. Colleen has developed and contributed to numerous educational programs, including comprehensive instructor certifications, and product launches. She has been featured in periodicals, fitness books, exercise videos, and television. Colleen co-founded the Pilates Method Alliance, a nonprofit organization that sets educational standards and provides resources for Pilates’ professionals and enthusiasts. Zoey Trap

Zoey Trap was introduced to Pilates during her years as a contemporary dancer and went on to complete her comprehensive certification with Good Body's PilateSystem. She managed Purely Pilates London prior to her recent return to the United States . Her workshops reflect her commitment to help instructors stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mind-body and to apply these concepts to their own classes with knowledge, creativity and confidence. She has written educational programs for many fitness companies, including Life Fitness, Nautilus and Keiser, as well as creating trainings and certifications for European fitness organizations. Her Master’s degree in exercise science had a research focus on alternative therapy and the spine, and she is certified by ACE and AFAA. She has presented at major conventions worldwide, has been published in five languages and was a pioneer in bringing Pilates and yoga to the fitness scene in Europe more than eight years ago. Known for her enthusiasm and energy, she was nominated as Shape Up Presenter of the Year. Zoey believes that true fitness comes from the inside out.

Clare Dunphy

A teacher in the fitness industry since 1981 and teacher trainer since 1987, Clare works with dedication and commitment, encouraging students and teachers to perform at their best. Her well rounded approach to exercise and health provides progressive and innovative training that is accessible to everyone. Clare’s experience began in the fitness industry as a fitness educator, aerobics instructor, and personal trainer. Fascinated by movement she added Pilates to her repertoire, beginning her Pilates studies in 1995 under Romana Kryzanowska, Sari Pace and Bob Leikens and completing her Pilates certification in 1997.
Clare is a well-known and popular convention presenter with experience at Body Mind Spirit, PMA, ECA, IDEA, Inner IDEA, Sara's City Workouts, Club Industry, and CAN FIT PRO. She has written education programs for ACE and AFAA certification preparation. Currently the Senior Program Director for Peak Pilates, Clare is active in the mentoring process for Peak instructors worldwide to guide them through their education process. She received “Best of Boston” in 1998 and “Boston’s Best” in 2000 for her work in Pilates. A pioneer in bridging the concepts of mind-body-spirit and functional training into workshops and master classes, Clare has been featured in Body Bar fitness videos and various magazines.
Clare holds a BS in Physical Education with a concentration in Cardiovascular Health and Exercise from Northeastern University and holds certifications through ACE and the Pilates Guild. Her integrated and wholesome approach to exercise and health is refreshing and she is dedicated to providing progressive and innovative education and instruction to fitness professionals and enthusiasts who are pursuing an enhanced lifestyle through physical fitness.

Sonia Rodriquez-Molitor
Peak Pilates Master Trainer

An AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and a registered massage therapist, Sonia Rodriguez has been involved in the Pilates and fitness industry since 1991. First introduced to Pilates at Texas Woman’s University through the dance program, she went on to complete a comprehensive Pilates certification through Good Body’s PilateSystem. In 1994, she became involved in the fitness industry and was the first to introduce Pilates into the fitness industry in El Paso, Texas. Sonia was the owner and director of a private fitness club, Personal Trainers of El Paso®, where she managed a full staff of personal trainers, Pilates instructors, and massage therapists. After selling Personal Trainers of El Paso in 2007, she opened Pilates International, which offers instruction and Peak Pilates education. Her company has been given recognition many times in the El Paso Times and El Paso, Inc. In 2004, the El Paso Times named her one of the “Top 50 Most Successful Entrepreneurs Under 40 Years of Age”. Sonia teaches Peak Pilates courses in Spain, Mexico, South America, and the United States. She holds a B.S in Political Science with a minor in Dance from Texas Woman’s University. She also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
