Julie Lobdell, President & CEO of Peak Pilates, is a successful entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast, working as an Associate Producer in the entertainment business for a number of years before switching gears completely. In 1988, Julie co-founded Bodacious Buns, a successful Los Angeles bakery and coffee bar chain that she franchised in the U.S. and Canada. In 1995 she moved to Boulder, Colorado seeking a change in lifestyle. In Boulder, she dedicated a year to a comprehensive Pilates instructor training program and taught briefly before starting her own equipment company, Progressive Body Systems in 1996.
