Beth Roberts obtained her comprehensive Reformer certification through Balanced Body and her Mat certification through Peak Pilates. This high caliber training, coupled with her passion for mind-body fitness, has enabled Beth to perfect her choreography and teaching talent in the studio. Beth's life-long enthusiasm for the fitness industry also includes teaching aerobic dance, Zumba and step.
Beth's study of movement, anatomy and exercise science has helped her refine the technique of many of her clients while increasing physical awareness and correcting structural imbalances. Beth believes that Pilates is for everybody and focuses on whole body movements allowing the body to function at its highest potential. You will find Beth's private and group mat or reformer sessions to be uplifting and energetic with special attention to strengthening the core, improving balance, increasing coordination and decreasing stress.
