clients that approach trainer to train them at home

How do you feel about/handle clients that approach the trainers in the studio to train them at home in order to cut out the studio fees/percentage?

The trainers at my studio are all independant contractors so I probably don't have a leg to stand on, but  I feel like the studio should benefit somehow as I pay for advertising, website etc....would love to hear from trainers and studio owners

Does the contract that your Independent Contractors signed have a "Non-Compete Clause" in it?
