With the proper software, subscribing to the podcasts is fairly simple. If you already have iTunes installed, subscribing to the podcasts is as easy as clicking on the "add this podcast to iTunes" link on the podcast page. iTunes can be downloaded directly from Apple, and is available here. Since iTunes is an external software product from Apple, we're not able to provide detailed technical assistance on downloading and installing the software, but the installation is fairly simple, and their technical support and tutorials are quite easy to use. 

If you are using a different podcast program, you will need to copy and paste the podcast RSS feed address from the podcast page and add it to your subscriptions. You can copy the link from either the textbox or by clicking the "copy the podcast address" button on the podcast page.  Additional help should be available from the developer of your particular podcast software.
