With the proper software, subscribing to the podcasts is fairly simple. If you already have iTunes installed, subscribing to the podcasts is as easy as clicking on the "add this podcast to iTunes" link on the podcast page. iTunes can be downloaded directly from Apple, and is available here. Since iTunes is an external software product from Apple, we're not able to provide detailed technical assistance on downloading and installing the software, but the installation is fairly simple, and their technical support and tutorials are quite easy to use. 

If you are using a different podcast program, you can get the podcast address by clicking on the "RSS Available" button.  This will show you the rss feed for the podcast you are interested in.   Additional help should be available from the developer of your particular podcast software.
