Before I can answer your question I need a bit of information: Have you been taught these exercises before? Have you been doing Pilates a long time?
The head arm press and head press, in my opinion, are very specialized and are best used for individuals who need them for athletics. Individuals doing these exercises should not have high blood pressure or eye problems.
The leg press on the hip is just plain tricky so I need to know if you’re doing this exercises already and where you need the help specifically.
Also, it would be helpful to know which chair you have. I’ve worked on almost every chair in the industry and it makes a difference when executing exercises.
