If you have an account with us, you can recover your password by clicking the "I forgot my password" link from the Sign up page. If we have your e-mail on record, your password will be e-mailed to you within a few minutes. Make sure to check any spam or junk e-mail boxes, as the recovery e-mail can occasionally end up there. 

If you receive an error message such as "The e-mail address you entered does not match any e-mail addresses in our database," it may be due to one of a few causes. It's recommended that you double-check the spelling of your e-mail address, as well as trying any alternate e-mail addresses you may have signed up with. For example, it's easy to make the mistake of thinking that you signed up with the e-mail yourname@hotmail.com,  when in reality you signed up with yourname@yahoo.com. This one of the most common causes of failed logins and problems with password recovery.

If all else fails, you can E-mail Us about your login problem, but it's recommended to try the above solutions first.
