    A good rolling like a ball cue would be "press the back of your spine against the interior wall of a bubble" - good luck!

    Hello!! When I demonstrate this exercise to my classes and instruct them to inhale and roll back onto the tips of their shoulder blades then exhale and roll up, stopping just before the heals touch the floor. Hope this helps.

    I tried the cue that PilatesGrrl posted with a few of my classes this week and I found it really helped a few of my clients who had been having a hard time with it. It is great having many cues for all the different people I teach. thanks!
    -the term 'working mother' is redundant
