Seal is fun and a great abdominal workout. Peak Pilates Master Trainer Clare Dunphy demonstrates this rolling exercise whereby one must find a way to initiate and control the rolling with the abdominal muscles, while not depending on launching oneself back and forth with momentum. Seal transitions directly into Push Ups.
